Fall season in Niles and surrounding area is most beautiful and entertaining.  Our favorite place is to take our grandchildren and great-grandchildren to Wicke’s Octoberfest.  Apple pastries, the ‘Monster’ Ruben sandwiches, hot dogs, hot apple cider, hot chocolate,  apple dumplings, fifteen assortments of apples to satisfy your taste,
farm animals pet zoo, country-rock band, old fashion hay rides  kiddies’ rides,   and more to feed and entertain everyone.  It is a real family event. Also, it is always a five-pound-gain venture for me.

My favorite season is just around the corner...winter.  Next event in Niles will be the Hunter's Ice Festival, for details Click Here

The Niles Riverfest was again successful with a record breaking  crowd.  Our Gary Thompson was a volunteer and missed the 50th Reunion because of his duties.  Nice job Gary!!  Click Here
